About ToT Conference
IoT and AI have become the driving force of digital transformation across virtually all industries. When integrated with blockchain, they create opportunities for a new digital economy powered by smart, autonomous things. Although the adoption of AI, IoT and blockchain is increasing, little discussion has been dedicated to exploring their combined potential. What will the solutions based on a combination of these technologies look like? What are the primary use cases? Will the value of their joint application be also exponentially greater? In response to these questions, we would like to invite you to a one-day conference: "Technology Of Tomorrow”, organized by the Polish Blockchain Association. The goal of the conference is to bring together enterprises, start-ups, investors, public sector organizations and other business entities regardless of the industry, around the topics of blockchain, IoT, and AI.

Maria is serving on the Board of Directors of the Fetch.ai Foundation and is leading the Fetch.ai activities in the Catena-X consortium. with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. In his current
role, he is responsible for identifying new revenue streams and driving the
growth of ŠKODA's digital products and services.
Hannes is an expert in connected mobility and the latest technological trends in
the automotive sector. He has been involved in several high-profile projects
that have focused on developing innovative solutions to improve customer
experience and identify new revenue streams.

Christine has over 25 years of strategic experience working in technology,
including 15 at Accenture, where she launched and led innovation initiatives as
the Global Lead Accenture’s Decentralised Identity and Biometrics Practice.
Christine is a patented inventor, as well as an expert in blockchain, emerging
technologies focusing on tech investing, sustainability, and especially digital
identity, for which she has received numerous awards and accolades. She was the
programme advisor to the World Economic Forum on Digital Identity and speaks
regularly on emerging technology and blockchain globally. Christine holds a
Master’s degree from Oxford in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Antoni is a co-founder of Aleph Zero, Aleph Zero Foundation (Switzerland), and Cardinal Cryptography (Poland). He’s responsible for leading business, operations, and marketing for Aleph Zero. Antoni is a technology marketer with over 10 years of professional experience. Prior to launching Aleph Zero, Antoni was involved in various projects for ING, Samsung, Sony, Olympus, and Nikon. Antoni gained experience at the Corporate Communications department of ABB in Zurich while employed at Admind Agency, the largest Polish branding firm. Before joining a Polish-American software house as VP of Marketing, he worked as an inbound marketer for Brand24 and Codewise, the 2nd-fastest growing company in Europe according to The Financial Times. Rico is responsible for the development of the Cybersecurity and IoT division at
Computer Controls, a distribution and services company with headquarters in
Switzerland and operations throughout Europe. Always enthusiastic about

engineer in mechanical engineering.
Subsequently, Rico pursued a degree in Business Engineering, where he completed
multiple digitalization projects in the fields of industry, chemistry, and

Mariusz Jurczyk

Since 2000 he has been associated with TAURON Group. At the beginning with TAURON Dystrybucja, on the field of metering, then smart metering infrastructure and systems, and energy markets. He was responsible for AMI rollout in the area of the Wrocław city. It was the first such large-scale urban implementation in Poland. Director of Advanced Metering Infrastructure at TAURON Dystrybucja Pomiary, next Director of the Distribution Services Sales Department at TAURON Dystrybucja, Currently in charge of IT (CIO), OT, Business Continuity Management System and digital transformation at TAURON Polska Energia. He is expert of AMI in Poland, member of Working Group at the Ministry of Climate and the Environment, related for smart metering. He is co-author within PTPiREE on the feasibility study for the implementation of smart metering in Poland. He is member of ITAM Forum Polish Chapter. Dr Katarzyna Lasota Heller

Dr Katarzyna Lasota Heller has over 20 years of experience in IT, IP and FinTech law. Managing Partner of LEXcellence –Swiss Law Firm in Baar (Zug). President of Swiss-Polish Blockchain Association. Dr Lasota deals with issues related to Blockchain, FinTech, NFTs and Metaverse on a daily basis. As a lecturer at Kozminski University in Warsaw and HSLU in Lucerne she lectures on FinTech Blockchain, IP, and Technology Law; an attorney at law admitted to practice in Switzerland and in Poland. Katarzyna received the doctoral degree in 2003 from Ludwig Maximilian University; as a scholar of the Max-Planck Institute in Munich. She is an alumnus of McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento California, where she finished my LL.M. Studies in 2004. Nejc Žnidar

A data scientist that has been in blockchain space since 2017, mainly concerned with applications of data science, quantitative and financial modeling and financial innovations on blockchain. Prior to that he was working as a data scientist at Zalando and since then he has been among the team that founded SingularityNET, an online marketplace for AI services based on blockchain, that is today among top 100 projects in cryptocurrency. He worked with reputation systems on blockchain, building financial strategies for trading on DeFi (SingularityDAO) and several other projects. He has been developing research based AI applications, tools and models in web3. He is a cofounder of Cogito Protocol, that is creating a stablecoin that is independent from FIAT, decentralized and is utilizing AI methods for treasury management.
Dr Michał Nowakowski

A legal advisor and a doctor of law, specializing in payment services, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing, as well as artificial intelligence and data utilization in the financial sector. The CEO of the start-up Ceforai, which provides support to companies in the AI & Data Governance field and implements ethical AI. Since September 2022, also serving as the President of the Board of the Polish Non-Bank Payment Institutions Organization. He has participated in numerous technological implementations for the financial sector, including banks, and has advised on the implementation of new regulations and the design of AML/CFT and data-driven solutions. He is a scientific editor of the commentary on the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act (2023) and the author of the book "FINTECH - technology, finance, regulations. A practical guide for the financial innovation sector." He is an expert for the AILAWTECH foundation and a former deputy chairman of the working group on AI law and ethics at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. In his professional life, he has been associated with the Bank Handlowy, the National Bank of Poland, the Financial Supervision Authority, and the Bank Guarantee Fund. He has interned at the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund. He collaborates with the University of Silesia on digitization and artificial intelligence. He is a lecturer in postgraduate studies, including at the Warsaw University of Technology, the SGH, and the SWPS University, in the field of AI, Machine Learning, and FinTech.
Wojtek Zatorski

Pioneered innovative solutions such as BLIK and globally recognized mobile banking applications, held executive positions in global financial institutions across 36 countries.
Tomasz Rychter
Director of the Innovation & Quality Department
From October 2021 to February 2023, the director of the Quality of e-Services
Department, and from November 2022, the director of the Innovation and Quality
Department at COI.
One of his greatest achievements was the introduction of a customer-centric
approach at COI, where users of a given product (e.g., the flagship mObywatel
application) have a real impact on how the product looks and functions in the
end.
He is also a promoter of the government website "Digitization - Research and
Design", where you can not only learn about the latest news from the department
(and get to know its employees) but also test COI product prototypes and
participate in their research.
Before joining the team at Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki, he served as a senior
consultant at Capco, a global consulting firm specializing in technology and
management and driving digital transformation in the financial services
industry.
He is a graduate-to-be of the Executive MBA in English program at the Leon
Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw and a lecturer on digital business management at the
Wrocław Banking School.
Kamila Wosińska

Kamila Wosińska is the Head of Global ESG/CSR Governance at GFT Technologies,
where she has been working for more than 5 years. On a day-to-day basis, she
manages the IT Client Compliance and ESG/CSR Governance departments in the
context of integrating ESG aspects into the GFT Group's business strategy,
especially in the area of systematizing and holistically integrating
non-financial factors into the company's operational processes. For more than 15
years, she has been managing people, planning, and implementing business
strategies in the IT, SSC, finance, banking, and consulting sectors.
Additionally, as an accredited business coach and mentor, she supports women in
their career development and market positioning and is a motivational conference

Dr Maciej Karczewski

Prior WindTAK Ltd. Maciej worked in American and Polish startups, leading numerous project teams during his professional career in the USA, United Kingdom, and Poland. He is one of the creators of the aircraft propeller for the fastest prototype helicopter X^3 (pronounced "X cubed") by Airbus Helicopters, as well as a co-creator of the Polish channelized small wind turbine. Since 2018, he has been running a technological startup that specializes in producing solutions for the wind energy industry, including IoT devices that cooperate with the 5G network and cloud computing for clients in Poland and Canada.

Tomasz Skoczylas
Urban Innovation Development Expert
Master of Administration and Management at the University of Information
Technology and Management in Rzeszów, graduate of the University of Law and
Administration based in Przemyśl. In 2013, he defended his diploma thesis, the
subject of which was "Idleness of a public administration body".
From 2015, he participated in the creation of the first urban movement in
Rzeszów - Rzeszów Smart City, gaining knowledge about social and scientific
organizations operating in the city of Rzeszów. Co-founder of the creative space
for startups "Kwadrat", where he managed a four-person communication team on
behalf of the INUP foundation. Member of the board of Tadeusz Ferenc's Rzeszów
Development Association. For many years, a social advisor to Konrad Fijołek, the
Chairman of the City Council of Rzeszów and the current president of the city of
Rzeszów.
From 2014, he was employed at the Rzeszów City Hall, and from 2021 as the
director of the Urban Innovation Center - Urban Lab.
Founder Development of Głogów Residents - a social movement gathering local
activists, residents interested in community issues and feeling responsible for
the good of the commune. Among the initiatives undertaken by the movement were:
health and environmental campaigns.
Maciej Bułkowski

President of the Management Board of Caruma dealing with the implementation of solutions in the field of blockchain technology, distributed systems and mobile applications. Creator of one of the first blockchain projects in public administration through the digital CoperniCoin token used to promote the tourist area of Warmia and Mazur. Member of the Association of Blockchain Experts.
Ewelina Włoch
Department of Digitization and New Technologies
She has been associated with the local government for 17 years. Her career so far has been mainly related to obtaining external funds for the implementation of investments. She coordinates the smart city activities undertaken in the City of Rybnik and the implemented hydrogen project. Recently, she headed the Department of Digitization and New Technologies at the City Hall in Rybnik.
Michał Łakomski
Director of Digitalization and Cybersecurity Office
Michal Lakomski is the Mayor’s Proxy for Smart City and the Director of
Digitalization and Cybersecurity for the city of Poznan. A graduate of Poznan
University and a respected smart city expert. Michal has been the driving force
behind Poznan’s digital transformation since 2017.
Responsible for the implementation of innovative systems and e-services for both
the residents of Poznan and the employees of Poznan City Hall. Michal is a
champion of innovation with a keen interest in open data and new technologies.
He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
Olga Dzieciatkowska
Chief Digital Project Specialist
Olga is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Currently, she is the Digital Projects Specialist and leader of the Smart Community section of the Smart City Team for Poznań City Hall. She is responsible for the implementation and realization of innovative solutions in the city, including the functioning and development of the city’s urban app. An activist for women’s rights and social equality, she supports activism and citizen-oriented policies that bring positive social change.
Małgorzata Ignaczewska
Program and Project Manager
Certified program & project manager with many years of professional experience
gained in companies such as Asseco Poland, Orange Polska and Cap Gemini Ernst &
Young. Małgorzata has unique experience in both IT projects as well as
streamlining and reorganizing business processes or building new services "from
scratch".
She has been working at KIR since 2019 as a Program Manager responsible for
providing innovative services based on blockchain technology, i.e. Durable
Medium 2.0 (awarded, among others, by Digital Excellence Awards 2021) or a
system for reporting savings transactions in treasury bonds based on blockchain
technology used by PKO BP and MF.
Currently responsible for the development of the National Blockchain Network
